YBhg. Datin Rabiah bt. Mat Ali, widely known as Datin Ruby, is a distinguished figure in both the public sector and the women’s empowerment movement in Malaysia. With a remarkable career spanning over 35 years in the Malaysian Public Works Department (JKR), she served as a senior officer, where she played a pivotal role in national infrastructure development and public sector governance. Her extensive service earned her the respect of colleagues across various government ministries and agencies, establishing strong rapport with senior management and top-level decision-makers throughout the Malaysian civil service.
Throughout her career, Datin Ruby has been a formidable advocate for women’s leadership and empowerment. Her voice and influence continue to inspire others to contribute actively to causes that champion equality, social inclusion, and community development. She is deeply committed to fostering a spirit of resilience, unity, and purpose among women, particularly in traditionally male-dominated sectors.

Datin Mimie Hasim is a highly accomplished Human Resources and Administration professional with over a decade of cross-functional experience across the banking, corporate, and international finance sectors. She holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (International Development) from the esteemed Middlesex University, United Kingdom, equipping her with a global outlook on workforce strategies and development models tailored for emerging economies.
Her professional journey began in Malaysia, where she served in pivotal HR leadership roles:
• As Senior Manager, Human Resources at BCB Berhad (formerly known as CIMB), she was instrumental in developing HR policies, managing industrial relations, and driving organization-wide performance and talent initiatives.
• At Coshare Holdings Berhad, she rose to the position of Vice President, Human Resource & Management, overseeing strategic workforce planning, governance frameworks, and HR compliance across the organization.
In 2020, Datin Mimie expanded her professional scope internationally by joining EASYFINANCIAL in Toronto, Mississauga, Canada, where she held the role of Senior Executive – Collection & Client Relations. During her tenure, she managed complex client portfolios, implemented collection strategies, and contributed to client satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced North American financial environment.
She returned to Malaysia in 2023, bringing with her a unique blend of local expertise and international exposure. She was subsequently appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Sepakat Setia (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd., where she now leads the company’s strategic growth in the immigration and expatriate services sector, particularly under the Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) programme.

Dr. Ayman Maawia Hassan Mudathir, is a distinguished medical professional with dual expertise in pharmacy and medicine, blending clinical knowledge with industrial acumen to drive advancements in healthcare and pharmaceutical manufacturing. With extensive experience as a Regional Manager for the Middle East at Baxter and Senior Manager at Novartis based in the UAE, He has led large-scale operations, business development, and strategic market expansion across the region.
Beyond corporate leadership, he has a proven entrepreneurial track record as a former factory owner in Sudan and Ethiopia, specializing in pharmaceutical production and industrial operations. Currently, He is utilizing his expertise in a contract role at Thrillium Hospital in Toronto, Canada, contributing to innovative healthcare solutions. With a deep passion for industrial growth, pharmaceutical innovation, and global healthcare strategy, He continues to bridge the gap between medical practice, industrial leadership, and business excellence.

Starting her journey as an Executive Personal Assistant, she has steadily progressed to her current role as Head, Strategy and Business Dev, applying full project management principles across various initiatives.
