Application Process

Step 1 - Applicants

Apply through registered MM2H agents Sepakat Setia (MM2H) Sdn Bhd (Malaysia Gov. License No: MM2H 957)

Step 2 - Applicants

Submit documents to registered agents

Step 3 - Agents

Registered agent submits the application and related documents to One Stop Centre MM2H

Step 4 - Ministry Of Tourism, Arts And Culture (MM2H)

Application review by One Stop Centre MM2H

Step 5 - Ministry Of Tourism, Arts And Culture (MM2H)

Issuance of acceptance document receipt

Step 6 - Immigration Department of Malaysia

Notice of application and conditional approval letter issues to appointed agents

Step 7 - Agents

Registered MM2H agents to notify applicants

Step 8 - Applicants

Applicants to prepare the following documents within 90 days:
I) Fixed deposit certificate*
II) Health insurance** (Applicable for applicants aged 60 and below)
III) Medical check-up report
IV) Personal bond form (stamped by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN)
V) Valid passport

Step 9 - Applicants

Submits documents to registered agent

Step 10 - Applicants

Make a payment for processing fee, participation fee, pass, and visa

Step 11 - Applicants

MM2H endorsement pass issued

Complete Process

MM2H PASS SUCCESFULLY OBTAINED. APPLICANTS CAN WITHDRAW 50% OF FIXED DEPOSIT TO USE FOR PROPERTY, SCHOOL, MEDICAL, EXPENSES AND OTHERS.
